Executive Leadership

Scott Wagner , , , Chief Executive Officer

As GoDaddy's CEO, Scott brings a wealth of experience from various different operational and financial roles at the Company.

Scott joined GoDaddy in 2013, after a 13-year tenure, with global investment firm KKR, where he served as a KKR Capstone Member and the long-time leader of its Portfolio Operations team. He was a key member of the team that invested in GoDaddy in 2011, serving as GoDaddy's interim CEO, and then joined the company's leadership team as CFO and COO. Scott also held the title of President, expanding his responsibility across go-to-market channels, including marketing, customer care, international markets, and corporate development.

Scott holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Ray Winborne , , , Chief Financial Officer

As GoDaddy’s CFO, Ray manages the company’s finance functions including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, internal audit and investor relations.

Ray brings more than 20 years of experience leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Before joining GoDaddy in 2016, Ray was Chief Financial Officer of First Data, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology and solutions. He played a catalyst role influencing the direction of company with respect to product pricing, wholesale channel engagement, the card issuing business and the need for transformational change in the small merchant business segment. Ray was also pivotal in the strengthening of the company’s balance sheet, refinancing nearly $24 billion in debt. Prior to First Data, he served in senior financial leadership roles at Delta Air Lines and AT&T. Ray began his professional career at PwC in Atlanta.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Away from the office, Ray enjoys time with his wife Stefanie and two boys—both Tigers (Mizzou & Auburn) and loves to ski, golf, boat and hike.

Steven Aldrich , , , Chief Product Officer

It’s Steven's job to deliver innovative, integrated and differentiated products that customers love.

Steven joined GoDaddy in 2012, initially leading our Productivity business. He spent over a decade at Intuit, where he helped grow the consumer and small business divisions by moving them from the desktop to the web. He also co-founded an online service that simplified shopping for insurance and has been the CEO of two other venture-funded start-ups.

Steven earned an M.B.A. from Stanford and a B.A. in physics from University of North Carolina. Steven serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Blucora, a leading provider of technology-enabled financial solutions to consumers, small businesses and tax professionals.

After hours, Steven serves as President of the Board of the Bay Area Glass Institute, a non-profit glass studio, and enjoys spending time with his wife Allison and their son, Jackson, at many sports and arts events.

Andrew Low Ah Kee , , , Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Andrew is responsible for GoDaddy’s go-to-market efforts around the world. The Global Market Operations team includes global functions for marketing, online sales & merchandising, pricing and analytics. It also includes GoDaddy’s international expansion efforts and regional teams. Andrew and his team are focused on driving in-year business results and enabling future growth through brand and market expansion.

Before joining GoDaddy in 2014, Andrew served as Director for KKR Capstone where he worked with the Consumer, Technology and Media investment teams to evaluate investment opportunities and accelerate portfolio company growth. He worked closely with GoDaddy since KKR’s investment in 2011. Before KKR he was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto.

Mike McLaughlin , , , Chief Customer Officer

Leading the Customer Experience team, Mike oversees the customer interactions that connect our products into a seamless experience, including the GoDaddy website, customer care, and support services. Prior to his current role, Mike led the Domains business at GoDaddy. He is a consumer Internet executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of general management experience, including expertise in ecommerce, online marketplaces, and subscription businesses.

Prior to joining GoDaddy, Mike was Chief Operating Officer at Glyde, an advanced ecommerce marketplace enabling individuals to simply and safely buy and sell used consumer goods, such as video games, mobile phones and tablets. Before Glyde, Mike was the general manager of eBay Motors' passenger vehicle business unit, where he drove strategic innovation and was instrumental in scaling the business.

Mike earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia, where he was Phi Beta Kappa.

Mike is an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys sailing, trail running in the hills of the Bay Area, skiing in Tahoe and playing at the beach with his family.

Nima Kelly , , , Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Nima is General Counsel for GoDaddy, responsible for mergers & acquisitions, governance, corporate and patent litigation, and intellectual property matters, as well as customer-facing and third-party transactional agreements.

Since joining GoDaddy in 2002, Nima has served as project manager, Vice President of Wild West Domains (the company's reseller affiliate), Public Relations and Corporate Administration, and Deputy General Counsel. She also grew the company’s philanthropic efforts with GoDaddy Cares and developed the company's legendary holiday parties.

In her life before GoDaddy, Nima worked for Business Edge Solutions and Beechwood Data Solutions. She also practiced labor and employment law in New York City.

Nima earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Gettysburg College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She loves music, the Yankees and will "drop everything to go to The Met in NYC."

James Carroll , , , Chief Platform and Globalization Officer

As head of Global Platform team, James drives the architecture and development for all of GoDaddy’s global business and product platforms, including the systems that power our global marketing and ecommerce systems worldwide to deliver enhanced customer relationships and services.

Before coming to GoDaddy in 2013, James was a Senior Vice President at Yahoo!, where he directed the company's global R&D centers in China, India and the Middle East. He also oversaw Yahoo’s content, social and membership platforms as well as the international delivery of all Yahoo! products and services worldwide.

Prior to Yahoo!, James spent 13 years as General Manager at Microsoft. While there, he managed the MSN international team and later, the Windows and Windows Live international teams.

Karen Tillman , , , SVP and Chief Communications Officer

Karen Tillman is the SVP and Chief Communications Officer at GoDaddy, and has more than two decades of experience managing corporate communications programs for global technology companies. Prior to joining GoDaddy, Karen was the Chief Communications Officer of Cisco, which she joined in 2010 and helped lead the reputational turnaround in 2011 - 2012. Before Cisco, Karen served as VP of Global Corporate Communications at Oracle, where she worked for 12 years.

Karen joined GoDaddy in 2013 and was charged with leading a brand and reputational overhaul to better reflect the company’s mission of providing technology to small businesses. Through the management of public relations, social media, community engagement, executive communication, corporate social responsibility, and employee communications, the company has significantly changed its reputation in the market.

Karen studied at the University of California, Irvine and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Comparative Literature.

Arne Josefsberg , , , Executive Vice President, Chief Infrastructure Officer and Chief Information Officer

Arne is responsible for leading GoDaddy’s evolution of GoDaddy’s globally scalable cloud and linking the latest advances in technology to GoDaddy’s cloud and IT strategy.

Arne joined GoDaddy in 2014 from ServiceNow where he served as Chief Technology Officer and oversaw the expansion of the company’s cloud strategy.

Prior to his time at ServiceNow, Arne had a more than 25 year career at Microsoft in various leadership positions. His roles there included General Manager building and operating Microsoft’s global cloud infrastructure, and most recently General Manager in Windows Azure.

Arne kicked off his career as an engineer at Bofors Aerotronics and Intel before moving over to Microsoft. He has a passion for driving technological innovations to help GoDaddy’s more than 17 million small business customers.

Betsy Rafael , , , Chief Transformation Officer

Betsy is currently the Chief Transformation Officer at GoDaddy and has over 30 years of executive financial experience in the technology industry.

Betsy previously held positions at Apple as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting until her retirement in October 2012. From April 2002 to September 2006, Betsy served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Cisco Systems, and held the position of Vice President, Corporate Finance for Cisco Systems from September 2006 to August 2007. From December 2000 to April 2002, Betsy was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer of Aspect Communications, Inc., a provider of customer relationship portals.

From 1994 to 2000, Betsy held a number of senior positions at Silicon Graphics (SGI), culminating her career at Silicon Graphics as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to SGI, Betsy held senior management positions in finance with Sun Microsystems and Apple Computer. Betsy began her career with Arthur Young & Company.

Betsy has served on the board of directors of Echelon since November 2005, Autodesk since 2013, Shutterfly since June 2016, and previously served on the board of PalmSource and GoDaddy. Betsy graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University with a B.S.C. degree in Accounting, and was appointed to Santa Clara Board of Trustees in October 2012.

Charles Beadnall , , , Chief Technology Officer

Charles is responsible for ensuring GoDaddy engineering delivers a more powerful, integrated experience to customers through the adoption of key technologies and capabilities like public cloud and machine learning.

Before joining GoDaddy in 2013, Charles was responsible for ad serving and personalization platforms at Yahoo! Prior to Yahoo!, he held engineering leadership positions at Metaweb Technologies, Verisign and WR Hambrecht + Co.

Charles studied at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

Monica Bailey , , , Chief People Officer

As head of GoDaddy’s people and culture, Monica is responsible for talent and performance management, total rewards, learning and development, hiring, inclusion and partnership with our people and leaders worldwide. Since joining GoDaddy in 2013, Monica has implemented several initiatives including an updated performance review process in partnership with Stanford to reduce unconscious bias, while reinforcing great performance and a distinct culture. Additionally, she’s been instrumental in leveling and career structure, pay parity and an employee feedback engine to improve both GoDaddy’s culture and company.

Prior to GoDaddy, Monica worked at Microsoft for 17 years where she worked as a trusted business partner, helped create the HR Mergers and Acquisitions practice and ran the top of the house internal assessment and development program aimed at growing top talent for future challenges, including President and CEO successors for the company. She also ran her own HR coaching and consulting firm.

Monica holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Communications, with a focus on Women’s Studies from Washington State University.

Senior Leadership

Arnold Blinn , , , Chief Product Architect

As the Chief Product Architect, Arnold Blinn is responsible for the high level architecture and integration of GoDaddy’s systems including the products, the platforms, and incorporating acquisitions.

Prior to GoDaddy Arnold spent almost 17 years as a Partner Architect at Microsoft in a variety of divisions. These included Windows Phone, Xbox Live, MSN/Windows Live, and Commerce Server.

Arnold came to Microsoft when the company he founded, eShop inc., was acquired in 1996. eShop was an early pioneer in online eCommerce. He has also held positions at Oracle and at Go Corporation (an early pen computing company).

Arnold started coding in his early teens and was self-taught on one of the first available micro-computers. He also holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, where he has served on the Alumni Board and is currently serving on the Advisory Board to the School of Computer Science.

Outside of work Arnold is an avid biker and skier, and father of two.

Auguste Goldman , , , Senior Vice President, Head of Care

As head of GoDaddy’s Customer Care team, Auguste leads our 5,000 strong force of seasoned guides, our relentless advocates for our customer’s success and supporters of their journey from their first idea to online success. GoDaddy’s Care team spans the globe as we follow our customers in their language, delivering knowledgeable and passionate Care. Prior to running our Care team, Auguste has severed as our Chief People Officer and our Chief Information Officer leading key functions of our company for over 10 years.

Cameron Scott , , , Senior Vice President, Chief Brand Officer

As Chief Brand Officer, Cameron Scott’s core initiative is to infuse passion and purpose into GoDaddy's brand;driving a company-wide evolution from a trusted staple of the Internet to a broad category leader that truly enables, rallies and champions a tribe of millions of individuals—each who strive to make their own way in life by turning their ideas into a reality online.

A technology pioneer for 25+ years, Cameron has been at the forefront of innovation, playing a key role in many digital tools and services that are now internet staples, including digital communications, online advertising, and massive-scale service platforms known collectively today as “the cloud.” Before joining GoDaddy in 2013, Cameron held a variety of senior strategy and communications roles at Microsoft, Yahoo! and AT&T Wireless.

David Kirven , , , Senior Vice President, General Manager of Voice & Messaging Business

As Senior Vice President & General Manager of GoDaddy’s Voice and Messaging Business, David Kirven is focused on building out GoDaddy’s telephony strategy and delivering innovative and differentiated mobile products that customers love.

David has over 20 years of high tech/SaaS industry experience. Prior to GoDaddy he was VP of Global Marketing for the Mobility Apps Division of Citrix, where he helped lead the spin-off of the GetGo division and successful merger to LogMeIn. Prior to Citrix, David was VP of Marketing and Sales at Intuit, where he held multiple leadership roles across many of Intuit’s fastest growing businesses, including TurboTax, where he led brand strategy and was instrumental in doubling that business to $1.3B in revenue.

David earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees at the University of San Diego. He resides in Carlsbad with his wife and three children. Away from the office, David enjoys being outdoors with his family and volunteering as coach of the boys high school rowing team.

David Popowitz , , , Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

David directs GoDaddy's corporate development activities, including acquiring and partnering with companies that can enhance GoDaddy customer and product experiences.

Prior to GoDaddy, David was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and most recently Credit Suisse where he led the Technology Investment Banking Group. Over 18 years, David advised some of the leading technology companies on strategic and financial matters.

David holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Brown University.

Debra Weissman , , , Senior Vice President of Commerce, Data & Application Services Platforms

As GoDaddy's Senior Vice President for Commerce, Data, & Application Services Platforms, Debra Weissman brings expertise from a variety of product and engineering roles in e-commerce, identity, personalization, and mobile platforms and experiences. She joined GoDaddy in 2014 and leads GoDaddy's platform transformation in these areas.

Prior to GoDaddy, Debra was Chief Product Officer at University of Phoenix, Vice President of Product for Mobile and Personalization at Yahoo!, and spent 15 years at Microsoft in senior roles, including Group Program Manager for the Windows User Experience and running product, engineering, QA, and operations for Xbox Live Entertainment's e-commerce platform and recommender system.

Debra has a Masters in History from the University of Washington, a BS in Journalism and and BA in History from Boston University, and while CPO at University of Phoenix completed her MBA on the new learning system that her team designed. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Computer Science at Northeastern University.

Irana Wasti , , , Senior Vice President, GoDaddy EMEA

As Senior Vice President and head of GoDaddy EMEA, Irana leads a global team that helps small businesses in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa bring their businesses online and make their own way. Prior to this role, Irana was the General Manager for GoDaddy’s productivity business, leading teams that provide small businesses with tools and services that help them improve communication and run their businesses.

Irana joined GoDaddy in 2013, leading product teams focused on delivering productivity tools to small businesses. In addition, Irana founded GoDaddy Women in Technology (GDWiT) a networking organization with a mission to foster professional growth among women at GoDaddy as well as attract more diversity to the technology industry.

Prior to GoDaddy, Irana ran product teams at Intuit, where she oversaw the launch of Quickbooks POS and mobile payments, enabling more than 100,000 merchants to “go mobile.” Irana began her career at IBM where she served in engineering and product leadership roles focused on technology solutions for enterprise customers worldwide.

Irana holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley. She and her husband have two very active boys and enjoy traveling and discovering new cultures and cuisines.

Kevin Doerr , , , Senior Vice President, Domains and Security Products

As the Senior Vice President of Domains and Security Products at GoDaddy; Kevin Doerr leads a team of bright minds to design, develop and manage infrastructure and services that enable GoDaddy customers to start and protect their digital ventures.

Prior to GoDaddy, Kevin co-founded Archimedes Labs, a venture based incubation firm focused on consumer mobile services. The company aimed to enable ideas to be born, and prosper and provided a platform where the best ideas and founders could come together and thrive.

Before Archimedes Labs, Kevin served as EVP and GM of Digital at The Weather Channel—focused primarily on driving core development teams, product strategy, re-engineered existing digital infrastructure across mobile and web (modernized base platforms.) Prior to that, Kevin held executive roles at Yahoo! and Microsoft where he focused on digital platforms and new product incubation.

Kevin studied Computer Information Systems at Suffolk University in Boston.

Lauren Antonoff , , , Senior Vice President, Presence and Commerce

As Senior Vice President of Presence and Commerce at GoDaddy, Lauren oversees the development and operations of our website builder and E-commerce solutions for small business around the world.

Prior to GoDaddy, Lauren spent eighteen years at Microsoft, where she was most recently Director of Program Management for SharePoint, leading the effort to make the SharePoint a tool that people love to use to get work done. Her leadership was instrumental in building one of the most successful products and businesses at Microsoft, and helping SharePoint navigate the shift to the cloud.

While at Microsoft, she founded the Step Up Program, designed to increase the number of women in senior management roles by helping women become stronger candidates for these roles. Lauren studied Rhetoric and Political Science at the University of California at Berkeley.

Lotfi Herzi , , , Senior Vice President, Global Platforms Development

Lotfi Herzi is Senior Vice President of Global Platforms Development, Lotfi is responsible for managing the engineering, product management, user experience, and marketing operations teams responsible for GoDaddy’s commercial website, content and reseller platforms, digital marketing technologies (MarTech), customer care’s tools and platform.

Lotfi also led the international expansion of GoDaddy’s products and services before focusing on the Customer & Marketing Platforms.

Prior to joining GoDaddy, Lotfi served as Yahoo’s VP leading the Global Product Development group, in charge of the international delivery of all Yahoo Products and services worldwide. Yahoo’s products, services, and platforms, served over 800M users worldwide. Also Lotfi dedicated over 18 years of his career at Microsoft. He worked on a variety of products and roles within several divisions including Windows NT, Windows 95, Internet Explorer, MSN, and Surface (pixelsense). In his last role with Microsoft, he served as General Manager where he led multiple teams serving the Entertainment & Devices Division (Xbox internationalization and Localization) and serving company-wide services (Media, Packaging Engineering and Artwork).

Based in the Bay Area, in the heart of Silicon Valley, Lotfi is known for his passion for international and technology and what they can do for customers. He holds a “Diplôme d’Ingénieur” (MS in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics) from ENSEEIHT (Toulouse, France).

Marta Nichols , , , Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff

As Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, Marta drives the operating rhythm for GoDaddy’s senior leadership team and CEO, formulating and prioritizing the strategic agenda for the team to enable quality execution and accountability against corporate goals. Prior to her current role, Marta led GoDaddy’s Investor Relations efforts during its IPO and first several years as a public company.

Prior to GoDaddy, Marta served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff at Yahoo and in senior equity research roles at Bank of America Securities and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.

Marta received a B.S. in mathematics and economics from the University of San Francisco. She currently sits on the USF Board of Trustees Investment Committee and is a Board Member Emeritus, Audit Committee Chair and Finance Committee member for Bay Area Cancer Connections.

Patrick Pulvermüller , , , Senior Vice President, General Manager of Global Hosting

As GoDaddy’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Hosting, Patrick Pulvermüller is responsible for setting the strategy for GoDaddy’s hosting team around the world, developing fast and reliable solutions to make GoDaddy customers’ sites visible on the web.

Prior to GoDaddy, Patrick spent several years as CEO of Host Europe and was the driving force behind the company’s organic growth and several acquisitions. In 2013 Patrick took on the role as CEO of HEG (Host Europe Group) with overseeing notable brands such as Host Europe, DomainFactory, Heart Internet, 123reg and more. Patrick came to GoDaddy when the company acquired HEG in 2017.

Patrick holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from The Open University. Patrick is also a Member of the Board at PlusServer, and in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 5 kids and skiing.

Raghu Murthi , , , Senior Vice President, WordPress Hosting & WebPro

As Senior Vice President of Hosting at GoDaddy, Raghu oversees our industry-leading WordPress hosting and web pro services business, driving best in class performance and service for millions of web developers, designers, entrepreneurs, and innovators to help bring their ideas to life online. He joined GoDaddy after more than 20 years in the tech industry, in addition to running a private consulting company.

At Amazon he led the Kindle group with K-12 and college-level teams that delivered digital transformation to the classroom, as well as product development and Windows services. At Microsoft, he led the hardware and systems group for Xbox Kinect, driving end to end development of the system hardware. And at Intel he led teams focused on server and workstation product management, marketing, and market development.

Raghu graduated from Madras Christian College in biology and chemistry, before earning an MBA from Golden Gate University. He and his family live in the Pacific Northwest where he enjoys outdoor adventures, reads avidly, and is a passionate cricket fan.

Roger Chen , , , Vice President, Asia Region

As Senior Vice President of Asia-Pacific at GoDaddy, Roger is on point to build a market-leading position in the region by delivering compelling end-to-end experiences supported by world-class go to market activities offering SMB solutions and platforms.

Prior to GoDaddy, he spent 6 years at Yahoo where he last served as Vice President of Product Management, led PM and Design teams for Asia across Media, Search, e-Commerce, Mobile, Partnerships, and Custom Solutions.

He has over 20 years of professional experience in Asia & US, focused on internet product development, marketing, consumer hardware, and telecom. His previous leadership experiences included Technical Director at AT&T/SBC Communications, and led product development of consumer laptop group at Dell with annual billion dollar product revenue.

Roger graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, double-majored BA degree in Computer Science and Economics.

Charles Robel , , , Board Chairman and Independent Investor

Charles Robel is a retired Silicon Valley executive and private investor. He spent 26 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as the partner running its Silicon Valley Software Services Group from 1985 until the mid 1990s. He subsequently managed the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group until his retirement in 2000.

From 2000 through 2005 Charles was a general partner at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a leading software industry venture capital firm. He’s currently lead director of Informatica Corp. and is also a director of DemandTec, Inc.

Charles holds a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University. He serves on the board of several private companies and previously served on the board of directors of Adaptec, Inc., Borland Software Corporation, and McAfee, Inc.

Bob Parsons , , , Founder GoDaddy

Bob Parsons is a serial entrepreneur. He sold his first company to Intuit, Inc. in 1994. Three years later Parsons started Jomax Technologies, renaming the company GoDaddy in 1999. In 2000, GoDaddy became an ICANN-accredited domain name registrar.

Bob is a decorated military veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam. He holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Baltimore, which presented him with an honorary doctorate in 2008 and named him Distinguished Entrepreneur in 2010. He was also awarded Arizona Business Leader of the Year in 2007 and the Celebrity Fight Night Muhammad Ali Entrepreneur Award in 2011. In 2013, Bob was presented with the Visionary Award for his charitable and entrepreneurial achievements, which have provided invaluable direction, leadership and voice to the Greater Phoenix Area.

In 2012 Bob and his wife Renee created The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation to provide critical funding to non-profit organizations. The Parsons reinforced their commitment to philanthropy in December of 2013 by publically accepting an invitation to join The Giving Pledge, an initiative started by Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett. They pledged to give away at least half their wealth – and likely much more – to philanthropic causes.

Brian Sharples , , , Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HomeAway

Sharples co-founded HomeAway with Carl Shepherd in February 2005. He raised over $400 million in private funding to acquire market-leading vacation rental websites around the world. Since then, Sharples has built HomeAway into a cohesive global network backed by a unified technology platform.

Sharples is the former president and chief executive officer of IntelliQuest Information Group, a supplier of marketing data and research to Fortune 500 technology companies. He also completed two successful public offerings and the subsequent sale of IntelliQuest to WPP Group.

An expert in technology brand strategy, Mr. Sharples has counseled several major brands, including Apple, Microsoft and Dell. He currently serves on the board of directors for RetailMeNot (NASDAQ: SALE), Fexy Media, and Twyla. He is an investment advisor to venture capital firm, Institutional Venture Partners, and private equity firm, Tritium Partners. Mr. Sharples is also a passionate entrepreneur and is currently involved with several startups.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Colby College and a master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Greg Mondre , , , Managing Partner & Managing Director Silver Lake

Gregory K. Mondre has served as a member of GoDaddy’s Board since its formation in May 2014. Mr. Mondre served as a member of the board of directors and executive committee of Desert Newco, LLC from December 2011 to March 2015. Mr. Mondre is a Managing Partner and Managing Director with Silver Lake. He joined Silver Lake in 1999 and has significant experience in private equity investing and expertise in sectors of the technology and technology-enabled industries. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Mondre was a principal at TPG, where he focused on private equity investments across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mondre worked as an investment banker in Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He currently serves as director of A Place for Mom, Fanatics, Motorola Solutions, Red Ventures, Sabre Corporation, Weld North Education and WPEngine. Mr. Mondre holds a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Herald Chen , , , Member, Private Equity & Co-Head of Technology, KKR

Herald Chen is a member of the Technology Industry Team within the Private Equity group at KKR, a major GoDaddy investor.

Herald initially worked for KKR from 1995 to 1997, rejoining the firm in 2007. He’s been directly involved with KKR's investments in Visma, Kodak, Sun Microsystems and Kindercare Learning Centers.

Prior to joining KKR, Herald was a Managing Director with Fox Paine & Company, Chief Executive Officer of ACMI Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer and co-Founder of Jamcracker, Inc. He also worked with Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Herald holds a B.S. and a B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He serves on the board of Visma.

John Park , , , Director, Private Equity KKR

John Park joined KKR in 2013 and is a member of the Technology industry team. In addition to GoDaddy, he is currently a member of the board of directors of SunGard Data Systems, Mitchell International, and Internet Brands, and is also involved with KKR's investment in Ping Identity. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Park was with Apax Partners, where he focused on investments in technology and participated in transactions involving Epicor Software Corporation, Activant Solutions, Paradigm Geophysical and Sophos. Previously, Mr. Park was a member of the mergers & acquisitions practice at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Park holds an A.B., cum laude, in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Lee Wittlinger , , , Managing Director Silver Lake

Lee Wittlinger is a Managing Director in the Menlo Park office of Silver Lake, which he joined in 2007. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Cast & Crew, GoDaddy, Oak View Group and WP Engine. He also is closely involved with Silver Lake’s investments in Endeavor, Learfield IMG and Unity, and previously served as a director of Vantage Data Centers and as a member of GoDaddy’s audit committee. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Wittlinger worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology industry. Mr. Wittlinger graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Mark Garrett , , , Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Adobe

Mark believes that bold decision-making and transparency are critical to transforming and growing a company. Under his guidance, Adobe completed the fastest transition to a cloud-based subscription model among companies in the software industry. A “people’s CFO” with an MBA in organizational behavior, Mark is just as comfortable talking about numbers as he is about leading and developing teams. In 2015, the Silicon Valley Business Journal named him “Public Company CFO of the Year.” In 2017, Institutional Investor magazine ranked him No. 1 in the Best Software CFO category by sell-side analysts. Mark currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Pure Storage, Cisco and Snowflake.

While in college, Mark hoped to become a veterinarian, but quickly found out that accounting, not organic chemistry, was the right fit for him.

Caroline Donahue , , , Former Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Intuit

Caroline brings extensive operating experience in international sales and marketing and over 30 years in the high tech industry. Her expertise includes brand, digital marketing, customer acquisition, global expansion, multi-channel distribution, and sales management – with an emphasis on SMB. Caroline previously had roles at Intuit—Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales officer, as well as Senior VP of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing. She also had sales, channel management, and field marketing roles at Apple Inc., NeXT Computer, and Knowledge Adventure. She serves on several boards, including Experian PLC, a Global data and information services company based in London, Emerge America, a political non-profit focused on recruiting and training women to run for office, and the Computer History Museum, the premier institution focused on the past and present of the high tech industry. In addition, she is on the Executive Committee of Northwestern C100, a women’s professional networking and mentoring group, and is a mentor for She-Can, a non profit which helps women from Rwanda and Cambodia succeed in US colleges and beyond. Caroline has a B.A. in English from Northwestern University and resides in the Bay Area and New York City.

Ryan Roslansky , , , Senior Vice President of Product at LinkedIn

Ryan is the global head of product at LinkedIn, overseeing all teams responsible for building and creating the next generation of LinkedIn products and experiences. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company’s product strategy and overseeing product development, user experience, business development, and customer operations. Since joining LinkedIn in May 2009, Ryan has held leadership roles across the R&D organization, helping to launch groundbreaking new experiences for consumers and customers, including the recent simplification of LinkedIn’s new desktop design and flagship mobile app, the launch of LinkedIn Learning, as well as the debut of our Influencer program and content platform. He has also played pivotal roles across the company’s key acquisitions, including Lynda.com, SlideShare and Pulse. Prior to LinkedIn, Ryan was senior vice president of Product at Glam Media, and held various product and general management positions at Yahoo!, including spearheading the acquisition of Overture in 2003.
