Aman Bhutani, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of GoDaddy, Aman Bhutani brings over 20 years of experience in technical, management, and leadership roles ushering brands into new eras of innovation and global growth.

Prior to joining GoDaddy in 2019, Aman spent nearly a decade at Expedia Inc., where he served as Brand Expedia Group president from 2015 to 2019 and chief technology officer and SVP of worldwide engineering from 2010 to 2015. Prior to joining Expedia, Aman served as senior vice president at JP Morgan Chase.

In 2018, Aman was elected to the board of directors of The New York Times Company serving the Audit and Finance committees.

He earned his MBA from Lancaster University in Lancashire, England, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi University. Aman and his family live in Seattle, Washington.


Andrew Low Ah Kee, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew is responsible for driving GoDaddy’s global operations and performance. He leads our Operating Committee, comprised of our business unit Presidents, marketing and customer care functions.

Before joining GoDaddy in 2014, Andrew served as Director for KKR Capstone where he worked with the Consumer, Technology and Media investment teams to evaluate investment opportunities and accelerate portfolio company growth. He worked closely with GoDaddy since KKR’s investment in 2011. Before KKR he was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto.


Ray Winborne, Chief Financial Officer

As GoDaddy’s CFO, Ray manages the company’s finance functions including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, procurement, investor relations and global real estate.

Ray brings more than 20 years of experience leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Before joining GoDaddy in 2016, Ray was Chief Financial Officer of First Data, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology and solutions. He played a catalyst role influencing the direction of the company with respect to product pricing, wholesale channel engagement, the card issuing business and the need for transformational change in the small merchant business segment. Ray was also pivotal in the strengthening of the company’s balance sheet, refinancing nearly $24 billion in debt. Prior to First Data, he served in senior financial leadership roles at Delta Air Lines and AT&T. Ray began his professional career at PwC in Atlanta.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Away from the office, Ray enjoys time with his wife Stefanie and two boys—both Tigers (Mizzou & Auburn) and loves to ski, golf, boat and hike.


Nima Kelly, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Nima is General Counsel for GoDaddy, responsible for mergers & acquisitions, governance, corporate and patent litigation, and intellectual property matters, as well as customer-facing and third-party transactional agreements.

Since joining GoDaddy in 2002, Nima has served as project manager, Vice President of Wild West Domains (the company's reseller affiliate), Public Relations and Corporate Administration, and Deputy General Counsel. She also grew the company’s philanthropic efforts with GoDaddy Cares and developed the company's legendary holiday parties.

In her life before GoDaddy, Nima worked for Business Edge Solutions and Beechwood Data Solutions. She also practiced labor and employment law in New York City.

Nima earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Gettysburg College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She loves music, the Yankees and will "drop everything to go to The Met in NYC."


Karen Tillman, Chief Communications Officer

Karen Tillman is the SVP and Chief Communications Officer at GoDaddy, and has more than two decades of experience managing corporate communications programs for global technology companies. Prior to joining GoDaddy, Karen was the Chief Communications Officer of Cisco, which she joined in 2010 and helped lead the reputational turnaround in 2011 - 2012. Before Cisco, Karen served as VP of Global Corporate Communications at Oracle, where she worked for 12 years.

Karen joined GoDaddy in 2013 and was charged with leading a brand and reputational overhaul to better reflect the company’s mission of providing technology to small businesses. Through the management of public relations, social media, community engagement, executive communication, corporate social responsibility, and employee communications, the company has significantly changed its reputation in the market.

Karen studied at the University of California, Irvine and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Comparative Literature.


Monica Bailey, Chief People Officer

As head of GoDaddy’s people and culture, Monica is responsible for talent and performance management, total rewards, learning and development, hiring, inclusion and partnership with our people and leaders worldwide. Since joining GoDaddy in 2013, Monica has implemented several initiatives including an updated performance review process in partnership with Stanford to reduce unconscious bias, while reinforcing great performance and a distinct culture. Additionally, she’s been instrumental in leveling and career structure, pay parity and an employee feedback engine to improve both GoDaddy’s culture and company.

Prior to GoDaddy, Monica worked at Microsoft for 17 years where she worked as a trusted business partner, helped create the HR Mergers and Acquisitions practice and ran the top of the house internal assessment and development program aimed at growing top talent for future challenges, including President and CEO successors for the company. She also ran her own HR coaching and consulting firm.

Monica holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Communications, with a focus on Women’s Studies from Washington State University.


Charles Beadnall, Chief Technology Officer

Charles is responsible for ensuring GoDaddy engineering delivers a more powerful, integrated experience to customers through the adoption of key technologies. He leads the company’s global platform and infrastructure organization.

Before joining GoDaddy in 2013, Charles was responsible for ad serving and personalization platforms at Yahoo! Prior to Yahoo!, he held engineering leadership positions at Metaweb Technologies, Verisign and WR Hambrecht + Co.

Charles studied at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Northwestern University.


David Popowitz, Corporate Development Officer

David directs GoDaddy’s corporate development activities, including acquiring and partnering with companies that can enhance GoDaddy customer and product experiences.

Prior to GoDaddy, David was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse where he led the Technology Investment Banking Group. Over 18 years, David advised some of the leading technology companies on strategic and financial matters.

Since joining GoDaddy in 2012, David and his team have completed over 30 acquisitions and partnerships with companies including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Amazon, PayPal, Square, Stripe and many others.

David holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Brown University. David lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife, three active boys and a mini Australian shepherd.


Lauren Antonoff, President, GoDaddy Experiences

As President of GoDaddy Experiences, Lauren, in partnership with our CMO, operates our US business focused on helping independent entrepreneurs succeed online. Lauren is responsible for product design and development for our Websites + Marketing suite and our line of do-it-for-you services, both designed to guide customers to look great, be everywhere that matters, and sell more.

Prior to GoDaddy, Lauren spent eighteen years at Microsoft, where she was most recently Director of Program Management for SharePoint, leading the effort to make the SharePoint a tool that people love to use to get work done. Her leadership was instrumental in building one of the most successful products and businesses at Microsoft, and helping SharePoint navigate the shift to the cloud.

While at Microsoft, she founded the Step Up Program, designed to increase the number of women in senior management roles by helping women become stronger candidates for these roles. Lauren studied Rhetoric and Political Science at the University of California at Berkeley.


Fara Howard, Chief Marketing Officer

Fara Howard joins us most recently from Amazon Fashion where she led Marketing for the US business.

Prior to Amazon, Fara was the Global Head of Marketing at Vans and had the honor of bringing their brand to life for their 50th Anniversary. Her career also includes over a decade at Dell, including leading North America Consumer and Small Business Marketing and establishing Dell’s in-house digital agency. She started her marketing career at Gatorade, which taught her the importance of intimately knowing your customer. She remains steadfast that marketing’s primary role is to understand and advocate for the customer.

Fara received her MBA at the University of Michigan—Go Blue!

She met her husband there as well so Ann Arbor holds a special place in her heart. Outside of the office, Fara is an avid athlete and loves doing anything outdoors, particularly if it involves her husband and three ridiculously active boys, ages 9, 10 and 11.


James Carroll, President, GoDaddy International

As President of GoDaddy’s International Business, James manages and drives all operations for GoDaddy’s international P&L; including strategic planning, marketing, localization and the development of global technologies.

Prior to joining GoDaddy in 2013, James was Senior Vice President at Yahoo! running the company's global R&D centers in China, India and the Middle East. He also oversaw Yahoo’s content, social and membership platforms as well as the international delivery of all Yahoo! products and services.

Before Yahoo, James spent 13 years at Microsoft as General Manager managing the MSN international team and later, the Windows and Windows Live international teams. He also spent 5 years at Claris/Apple as a project leader working on the full suite of Apple and Claris products on Mac and Windows managing engineering, Internationalization and localization efforts.


Patrick Pulvermüller, President of Partners Business

As GoDaddy’s President of the Partners Business, Patrick Pulvermuller is responsible for the strategic direction helping Everyday Entrepreneurs who serve others including GoDaddy PROs, resellers, agencies, and PRO focused brands. Additionally, Patrick is responsible for the company’s Global Hosting, Productivity, and Security product offerings.

Prior to GoDaddy, Patrick spent several years as CEO of Host Europe and was the driving force behind the company’s organic growth and several acquisitions. In 2013 Patrick took on the role as CEO of HEG (Host Europe Group) with overseeing notable brands such as Host Europe, DomainFactory, Heart Internet, 123reg and more. Patrick came to GoDaddy when the company acquired HEG in 2017.

Patrick holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from The Open University. Patrick is also a Member of the Board at PlusServer, and in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 5 kids and skiing.


Auguste Goldman, President of Care & Services

As head of GoDaddy’s Customer Care team, Auguste leads our 7,000 strong force of seasoned guides, our relentless advocates for our customer’s success and supporters of their journey from their first idea to online success. GoDaddy’s Care team spans the globe as we follow our customers in their language, delivering knowledgeable and passionate Care. Prior to running our Care team, Auguste has served as our Chief People Officer and our Chief Information Officer leading key functions of our company for over 10 years.


Roger Chen, President of Domain Registrars & Investors

As President of Domain Registrars and Investors Business, Roger leads our team that focuses on serving these customer segments, and is responsible for GoDaddy’s Domains operations. Prior to this role, Roger was the Regional President and SVP of Asia Pacific for GoDaddy, on point to build a market-leading position in the APAC region by delivering compelling end-to-end experiences supported by world-class go to market activities.

Prior to GoDaddy, Roger spent 6 years at Yahoo where he last served as VP of Product Management and led PM and Design teams for Media, Search, eCommerce, Mobile, Partnerships, and Custom Solutions in Asia. Before Yahoo, Roger held product leadership position in the consumer laptop group at Dell.

Roger holds a B.A. degree, double-major in Computer Science and Economics, from University of California at Berkeley.

Charles Robel, Board Chairman and Independent Investor

Charles Robel is a retired Silicon Valley executive and private investor. He spent 26 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as the partner running its Silicon Valley Software Services Group from 1985 until the mid 1990s. He subsequently managed the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group until his retirement in 2000.

From 2000 through 2005 Charles was a general partner at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a leading software industry venture capital firm. He’s currently lead director of Informatica Corp. and is also a director of DemandTec, Inc.

Charles holds a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University. He serves on the board of several private companies and previously served on the board of directors of Adaptec, Inc., Borland Software Corporation, and McAfee, Inc.


Brian Sharples, Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HomeAway

Sharples co-founded HomeAway with Carl Shepherd in February 2005. He raised over $400 million in private funding to acquire market-leading vacation rental websites around the world. Since then, Sharples has built HomeAway into a cohesive global network backed by a unified technology platform.

Sharples is the former president and chief executive officer of IntelliQuest Information Group, a supplier of marketing data and research to Fortune 500 technology companies. He also completed two successful public offerings and the subsequent sale of IntelliQuest to WPP Group.

An expert in technology brand strategy, Mr. Sharples has counseled several major brands, including Apple, Microsoft and Dell. He currently serves on the board of directors for RetailMeNot (NASDAQ: SALE), Fexy Media, and Twyla. He is an investment advisor to venture capital firm, Institutional Venture Partners, and private equity firm, Tritium Partners. Mr. Sharples is also a passionate entrepreneur and is currently involved with several startups.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Colby College and a master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Herald Chen, President and CFO, AppLovin Corporation

Prior to this role, he was head of KKR’s Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) investing, focused primarily in the Americas, where he led the firm’s investment in AppLovin. He rejoined KKR in 2007, having previously worked for the firm from 1995 to 1997, and served as Chairman of the Board for several companies including BMC, Epicor Software, Optiv Security, and Mitchell International.

In addition to AppLovin, Herald serves on the Board of Directors of WebMD, Internet Brands, GoDaddy, Teach for America-Bay Area, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Management and Technology Program. His operational experience includes roles as CEO of ACMI Corporation and co-founder and CFO of Jamcracker, Inc.

He holds a B.S. and a B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.


Lee Wittlinger, Managing Director Silver Lake

Lee Wittlinger is a Managing Director in the Menlo Park office of Silver Lake, which he joined in 2007. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Cast & Crew, GoDaddy, Oak View Group and WP Engine. He also is closely involved with Silver Lake’s investments in Endeavor, Learfield IMG and Unity, and previously served as a director of Vantage Data Centers and as a member of GoDaddy’s audit committee. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Wittlinger worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology industry. Mr. Wittlinger graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting.


Mark Garrett, Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Adobe

Mark believes that bold decision-making and transparency are critical to transforming and growing a company. Under his guidance, Adobe completed the fastest transition to a cloud-based subscription model among companies in the software industry. A “people’s CFO” with an MBA in organizational behavior, Mark is just as comfortable talking about numbers as he is about leading and developing teams. In 2015, the Silicon Valley Business Journal named him “Public Company CFO of the Year.” In 2017, Institutional Investor magazine ranked him No. 1 in the Best Software CFO category by sell-side analysts. Mark currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Pure Storage, Cisco and Snowflake.

While in college, Mark hoped to become a veterinarian, but quickly found out that accounting, not organic chemistry, was the right fit for him.


Caroline Donahue, Former Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Intuit

Caroline brings extensive operating experience in international sales and marketing and over 30 years in the high tech industry. Her expertise includes brand, digital marketing, customer acquisition, global expansion, multi-channel distribution, and sales management – with an emphasis on SMB. Caroline previously had roles at Intuit—Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales officer, as well as Senior VP of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing. She also had sales, channel management, and field marketing roles at Apple Inc., NeXT Computer, and Knowledge Adventure. She serves on several boards, including Experian PLC, a Global data and information services company based in London, Emerge America, a political non-profit focused on recruiting and training women to run for office, and the Computer History Museum, the premier institution focused on the past and present of the high tech industry. In addition, she is on the Executive Committee of Northwestern C100, a women’s professional networking and mentoring group, and is a mentor for She-Can, a non profit which helps women from Rwanda and Cambodia succeed in US colleges and beyond. Caroline has a B.A. in English from Northwestern University and resides in the Bay Area and New York City.


Ryan Roslansky, Chief Executive Officer at LinkedIn

Ryan Roslansky is the CEO of LinkedIn, the world’s largest and most powerful network of professionals. Ryan joined the company in May 2009 and has since held leadership roles in every part of LinkedIn’s business. He led the evolution of LinkedIn’s products into a single, holistic, global ecosystem of more than 690 million members, 50 million companies, 90 thousand schools and 36 thousand skills. Under his leadership, LinkedIn has also seen record levels of engagement on the platform and accelerated growth across the company.

Most recently, Ryan held the role of global head of product where he oversaw all teams responsible for building and creating the next generation of LinkedIn products and experiences. He set the company’s product strategy and oversaw product development, user experience, business development, and customer operations.

Prior to his head of product role, Ryan held leadership positions across the R&D organization, helping to launch groundbreaking new experiences for consumers and customers, including the simplification of the new LinkedIn desktop design and flagship mobile app, the launch of LinkedIn Learning, as well as the debut of our Influencer program and content platform. He has also played pivotal roles across the company’s key acquisitions, including Lynda.com, SlideShare, and Pulse. Ryan also serves on the board of directors for GoDaddy Inc.

Before LinkedIn, Ryan was senior vice president of products and content at Glam Media, and held various product and general management positions at Yahoo!, including spearheading the acquisition of Overture in 2003.


Leah Sweet, Senior Vice President PayPal

Leah Sweet is a Senior Vice President at PayPal responsible for Global Design, Delivery and Operations and also serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO of PayPal. She drives execution of the product strategy by fostering collaboration across the enterprise with responsibilities including PayPal Enterprise Product Delivery & Planning, User Experience & Design, Product World Readiness & Content Strategy, Product Risk Management and Business Operations.

Since joining PayPal in 2012, she has played a pivotal role in transforming PayPal’s product delivery team and processes to be customer-focused which enabled consistent double-digit revenue and EPS growth. As a member of PayPal’s Senior Leadership Team, she focuses on enabling product delivery that supports its operational and financial metrics.

Prior to PayPal, Ms. Sweet worked at CA Technologies, where she led the Customer Success organization for its top 100 customers. She also previously served as Deputy CIO of the State of Arizona and spent eleven years at American Express in various product, technology, platform and security related roles.

Ms. Sweet is a board member of the Arizona Technology Council. She holds a degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University. She resides in Arizona with her husband and family and is a lifelong student of science, history, culture and the arts as well as an avid sports enthusiast.
